About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Compliance Testing & Transactional Testing Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on federal consumer compliance regulations, ensuring adherence to industry standards in banking and financial products.
Note: Candidates with AML/KYC or internal controls testing experience will not be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct consumer compliance transactional testing & quality assurance
Ensure compliance with federal regulations such as:

- TILA (Reg Z), Reg E, Reg B, FCRA, COPPA, CAN-SPAMWork with banking products: credit cards, unsecured lending, depositsDevelop and document compliance testing steps & findings
Utilize MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and analysis
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Risk Management
4 years experience in compliance testing (consumer regulations)
1 2 years of transactional testing/QA testing
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Ability to work onsite at least 2 days per week (Mount Laurel, Wilmington, or Charlotte)
