Role Description :

• Provide Tier 2 support for the Serialization Execution System.
• Assist with software qualification, validation, and managing serialized lines.
• Develop a repeatable process to resolve issues in Serialization hardware for packaging operations.
• Update customers on issues, and maintain and revise procedures and documents as needed.
• Investigate support issues, resolve problems, and update knowledge management records.
