Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Data Solution Analyst with strong expertise in data analysis, data modeling, and SQL development . The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, profiling, and mapping data , ensuring high-quality transformation logic and documentation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement complex stored procedures and work hands-on with IBM Data Architect, Snowflake, Data Modeling, and Data Classification .
- Independently drive data analysis and profiling to ensure data integrity.
- Develop Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) documents with clear and concise data transformation rules .
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business requirements.
- Provide data modeling insights and work with data modeling tools as needed.
- Work within an Agile development environment , contributing to sprint planning and execution.
- Understand and apply Excess, Surplus, and Specialty Business Terminology to data analysis tasks.
- Support data solutions for various reporting and visualization tools , including Paxata, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Business Objects, and R .
- Assist in guiding self-service business reporting and analytics efforts.
