Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Database Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the quality, integrity, and security of our healthcare applications. This role requires a strong understanding of database testing methodologies, SQL, and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for database functionality, including manual and automated testing.
- Write and execute complex SQL queries to validate data accuracy and integrity.
- Identify, document, and track database defects throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure thorough test coverage.
- Perform regression testing to guarantee existing functionality remains unaffected by new changes.
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts to improve testing efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on potential testing roadblocks.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall software quality.
- Work with the team to define and implement best practices and standards for database testing within the organization.
