Role Description : Information Technology Imaging & Deployment Technician
Location : Southfield, MI
Competencies : Desktop Management - Infrastructure Services (IS)
Experience Required : 6-8 years
Essential Skills :
- Experience in imaging, deploying, and disposing of IT equipment
- Proficient in configuring, imaging, and deploying desktops, laptops, and tablets with updated applications and security
- Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 7 & Windows 11) and Office software (Office 2010, 2013, Office 365)
- Expertise with Intune for device management
- Strong end-user support and customer service skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts
- Familiarity with ServiceNow for tracking PC upgrades and managing requests / incidents
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving experience with hardware, software, and networking
- Ability to assist employees in transitioning to new devices
