Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced SCCM / Intune Modern Device Management Engineer with strong expertise in OS imaging, deployment, and patching . This role requires hands-on experience in SCCM, Intune, and Autopilot to manage enterprise environments efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for device lifecycle management, automation, patching, and compliance within a hybrid cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and enhance the Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) environment for modern desktop management with co-management in Intune .
- Automate desktop deployments to standardize images using Autopilot and improve deployment efficiency.
- Package, test, and deploy Windows 10 applications using the Flexera suite of tools .
- Implement and maintain OSD / MDT and Zero Touch deployments for seamless provisioning.
- Design and deploy Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) solutions for both corporate and BYOD environments.
- Oversee workstation, server, and VDI patching while maintaining compliance.
- Build and maintain desktop images and configure Group Policy Objects (GPO) for Intune .
- Deploy and manage virtual and physical workstation environments using Windows 10 with Zero Touch, Lite Touch, and User-Driven Installation .
- Administer Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) assignments , Conditional Access policies , and Intune security configurations .
- Develop PowerShell scripts for automation (Python or other coding skills are a plus).
- Coordinate with OEM vendors for Autopilot registration and Zero Touch deployment .
- Generate and customize Power BI reports for endpoint analytics.
- Troubleshoot Windows Server and client OS issues , Active Directory (ADFS, SSO, AAD Sync, DNS, DHCP) , and cloud services.
- Work with Azure and AWS cloud environments , ensuring seamless integration.
- Implement and manage ITIL processes , Windows Defender , and IAM / Privilege Management tools (BeyondTrust, Quest, Okta, Ping Identity, etc.) .
