Role : SAP FPSL Functional / Technical Consultant

Location : Remote

Experience : Minimum 9 years (MUST)

Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced SAP FPSL (Financial Products Sub-Ledger) Consultant (Functional / Technical) to support a critical upgrade project . The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP FPSL configuration, customization, and standardization , along with a strong understanding of SAP Financial modules and integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • SAP FPSL Expertise : Configure, customize, and standardize SAP FPSL to meet business requirements.
  • Requirement Gathering & Solution Design : Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs, design solutions, and drive development efforts .
  • SAP Financial Modules : Hands-on experience in SAP FPSL, Bank Analyzer, Group Reporting, and BPC .
  • Data Architecture & Development :

Expertise in SAP BW , including ADSO and DSO .

  • Design and implement SAP FPSL data models .
  • Manage and support SAP FPSL architecture , including :

    • Source Data Layer (SDL)

  • Result Data Layer (RDL)
  • Calculation and Valuation Process Manager (CVPM)
  • Integration & SAP Architecture :

    • Strong knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA, FIORI, and SAC Analytics for Office .

  • Experience integrating SAP Finance with non-SAP systems .
  • Understanding of SAP Finance touchpoints with other SAP modules .
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Management :

    • Lead projects with strong organizational and communication skills .

  • Work cross-functionally with internal and external teams to deliver solutions.
  • Effectively manage changing priorities and crisis situations.
  • Technical Communication :

    • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented discussions .

  • Provide guidance to business users, developers, and stakeholders .

    • Required Skills & Experience :

  • Minimum 9 years of experience in SAP FPSL, SAP BW, and SAP Financial modules .
  • Strong expertise in FPSL architecture, configuration, and data modeling .
  • Experience in SAP BW (ADSO, DSO) development.
  • Understanding of SAP S / 4HANA, FIORI, and analytics tools (SAC Analytics for Office) .
  • Experience integrating SAP Finance with other non-SAP systems .
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills .
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities .
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
