Key Responsibilities :
- HR Strategy & Advisory : Act as a trusted consultant to senior leadership, focusing on HR transformation, automation, and technology integration (including Oracle Cloud HCM ).
- Consulting & Implementation : Lead HR consulting engagements, optimizing processes and integrating innovative HR tech solutions .
- Technology & Automation : Drive HR process automation and seamless Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
- HR Innovation Leadership : Champion emerging technologies , fostering a culture of continuous improvement .
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with IT, Finance, and Operations to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Process Optimization : Identify and implement efficiency improvements in HR operations.
- Change Management : Lead HR digital transformation initiatives , ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and methodologies.
