Schedule : 12-hour shifts on a "Blue Off" schedule : Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday from 5 : 45 PM to 6 : 15 AM.

Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Maintenance Technician IV to work on-site with our client, a leader in data storage solutions. This role involves the maintenance and operation of Central Utility Plant (CUP) equipment, ensuring critical systems remain operational. As a W2 employee, you will have access to health benefits.
Responsibilities :
- Operate and maintain Central Utility Plant equipment, including boilers, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and air compressors.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC, piping, and mechanical systems.
- Handle calls from site business units, document issues, and dispatch response teams effectively.
- Install and repair piping systems, including welding, soldering, and working with materials like copper, stainless steel, and PVC.
- Monitor building automation systems, respond to alarms, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct inspections, identify operational problems, and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Perform underground vault work, such as replacing valves, steam traps, insulation, and pipes.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including the use of ANSI-compliant footwear and PPE.
- Maintain punctual daily attendance and respond promptly to system alerts and issues.
