Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated individual to work with our client, a leading manufacturer of Fiber Optic Communications Solutions for voice, data and video network applications worldwide. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.
Job Summary:
Respond and triage payroll mail, email, and phone inquiries Support internal and external customer service Review weekly time and attendance records Enter timecard adjustments Facilitate garnishment process with vendor Enter and upload payroll data for processing Review payroll data for accuracy Create/Maintain documentation of relevant processes.
*Payroll experience a plus however role is more of a customer service/data entry role*
Job Description:

- Enter timecard adjustments
- Facilitate garnishment process with vendor
- Enter and upload payroll data for processing
- Review payroll data for accuracy
- Create/Maintain documentation of relevant processes
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented, ensuring accuracy
- Appropriately recognize, classify, and protect confidential data
- Well organized
- Process and improvement mindset
- Strong PC skills
Education: 4-year degree preferred. Payroll experience a plus.
