Title : Remote Recruiter
Salary Range : $58,000 - 60,000
Benefits include health, dental, and vision (eligible on the 1st of the month following your start date); PTO Sick Pay Paid Holidays
Schedule : Mon-Fri, 8 : 00 am 5 : 00 pm
- Background Check Required.
Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Remote Recruiter to join our rapidly growing remote team. This is a remote, full time, direct hire opportunity for an experienced Recruiter with a strong understanding of human resources needs for a temporary staffing agency.
Your #1 goal? Put people to work! Connect with motivated candidates to learn about their skills, match them to job opportunities and develop pathways to help them achieve their career goals.
Responsibilities :
Attend morning huddles, team meeting throughout the day and week.
Recruiter :
Utilize job boards for posting jobs and sourcing candidates including Ceipal, indeed, Zip Recruiter, Cal Jobs, Facebook, Handshake, etc.
Update, input and maintain accurate documentation, tracking and status of candidate records in Ceipal.
Keep qualified candidates in your pipeline and maintain constant communication on a weekly basis.
Ensure your open requisitions are posted on all job boards.
To past candidates still in pipelines to keep warm for future requests
Make a minimum of 2 placements per week, goal is 4 placements per week.
