We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Business Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, and closing sales through direct interactions. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients to promote company products/services.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor trends.
- Provide regular sales reports, customer feedback, and market insights to management.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to optimize outreach strategies.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office (preferred).
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
