Job Description
- Manage all aspects of facility renovation projects, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and timeline goals.
- Monitor construction activities, contractor performance, and project deliverables.
- Develop Scope of Work (SOW), User Requirements, and lead design reviews.
- Administer project documentation (drawings, reports, compliance records).
- Maintain project schedules using MS Project, Smartsheet, or Excel.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors, ensuring technical and timeline adherence.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA guidelines, and industry standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment with strong communication.
