TekCom Resources is looking for OSP Inspector/Field Supervisor in the Winter Park, CO area. This is a direct hire role with a company vehicle, gas card and bonus incentive. Must be local as you will be in office when not in the field. Estimated to start first week of April pending weather.
In these roles, you will inspect and oversee aerial and underground fiber construction for a fast-growing telecom construction firm building out a new market. Work is performed in and around the area up to 1-2 hours outside of market.
Experience:
- Must have experience with aerial and underground fiber construction
- Supervisory experience over crews
- Fiber splicing experience highly preferred
- QC, coordinating materials, crew schedule, etc.
- Project tracking experience
- Experience and comfort with client communications regarding project milestones
- Good soft skills
