What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Acquisition Specialist (Work Remotely) position at TekCom Resources, Inc.?
We are looking for Site Acquisition Specialists with solid experience working on cell tower modifications and have experience with lease agreements and permitting. AT&T experience preferred and able to handle the complete project lifecycle from start to finish to include lease agreements and permitting.
Additional experience includes the following:
-Able to review these lease documents, identify critical elements in order to select sites that will be chosen for upgrades/modifications and create lease amendments.
-Well rounded individual with permitting experience is ideal. Additional database updates and Tracker updates are needed.

- Experience working with permitting and municipalities is preferred.
- Database driven updates are required so proficient computer skills
- Tracker updates are also required.
- Telecom industry experience and Site Acquisition experience with AT&T is preferred.
