Mode of Interview : 1 Teams, 1 face to face
Must-Have :
12 years of experience in software development, with a focus on .NET, Azure, and SQL Server(Hands on)
Strong experience in the Airline industry
Proven track record of leading and managing development teams
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Relevant certifications in .NET, Azure, or SQL Server are a plus
Responsibilities :
Lead and manage a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions
Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET, Azure, and SQL Server
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
