1. AEM Front End Development
Location: Newark, NJ or Orland, FL
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Tasks / Required Skills:
- HTML/DHTML, CSS, and JavaScript: Mastery in building responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible web applications.
- Frameworks and Libraries: Expertise in popular front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js, along with knowledge of accompanying libraries and tools such as Redux, MobX, or Vuex.
- Version Control Systems: Proficiency in Git for code versioning, branching, and collaboration.
- Responsive Design: Ability to create interfaces that adapt seamlessly to various screen sizes and devices.
- Performance Optimization: Skills to optimize front-end performance by minimizing load times, reducing file sizes, and leveraging techniques like lazy loading and code splitting.
- Testing and Debugging: Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Jasmine) and debugging tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools) to ensure code quality and identify issues.
- Cross-Browser Compatibility: Understanding of browser quirks and techniques to ensure consistent behavior across different browsers.
- API Integration: Ability to integrate with RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints, handling data fetching, and state management effectively.

- The analysis team continuously elaborates the user stories identified in subsequent Sprints while the development and testing streams carry out the actual Sprint development work. Backlogs, if any, from previous Sprints are also considered in addition to User Stories and the Backlogs to be taken for development in the agreed upon Sprint.
AEM Backend Developer Location: Newark, NJ or Orland, FL
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Tasks / Required Skills:
- Solution Implementation and Integration: Lead the implementation and integration of Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Target, AEM and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to create a seamless digital experience ecosystem. Ensure these solutions work together to collect, analyze, and act upon customer data in real time.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics to dissect and interpret complex data sets. Develop actionable insights to drive business decisions and personalize user experiences.
- Personalization and Optimization: Use Adobe Target to design A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalization campaigns. Optimize digital experiences based on user behavior and predictive analytics.
- Customer Data Platform: Leverage AEP to unify customer data from online and offline data sources including web, mobile, email (SFMC) into a persistent, unified customer profile that is used across all Adobe solutions to drive consistent, personalized customer experiences across all channels.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Business, IT, and Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure Adobe solutions are leveraged to their full potential. Facilitate training and knowledge sharing to empower stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep technical understanding of Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Experience Platform. Familiarity with Adobe I/O Runtime and Adobe Experience Cloud Web SDKs.
- Data Analysis and Visualization: Strong skills in data analysis, segmentation, and visualization. Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights.
- Web Technologies: Solid foundation in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side technologies. Experience with AEM and integrating with different solutions.
- API Integration: Experience with API integration and customizing Adobe solutions to fit specific business needs. Ability to leverage Adobe s APIs for custom data ingestion and extraction processes.
- Personalization and Testing: Proven track record of implementing successful personalization and optimization strategies using Adobe Target.
