Job Description :
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years' experience designing and implementing ITSM processes or equivalent
- 5 experience working in technology discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Microsoft Teams, etc).
