Mandate Skills :
Jira Admin exp with min 10 years of overall experience in managing, configuring, and customizing the Jira and Confluence tools.
Python exp. is must to have
Atlassian Tools
JD- - 5 to 7 years in supporting JIRA
- Install and upgrade Atlassian products
- Manage upgrades, patches, availability, and performance of Jira, along with installed Atlassian marketplace add-ons
- Provide technical assistance and training in using JIRA and other tools as identified
- Configure and Manage Jira projects, users, permissions, Dashboards, Notifications, custom fields, field configurations, workflows, workflow functions
- Design, configure, manage, and support Atlassian tools, primarily JIRA
- Develop custom workflows, plugins and Integrations
- Create Jira training and Support documentation
- Training JIRA Project Team Support resources
- Create JIRA training and support documentation
