Role: LOAN IQ Business Analyst
Location: Onsite 5 days a week in NYC NY
Duration: 6 months
Role Description
Person in this role will ensure seamless coordination, planning, and execution of activities tied to system conversion, enabling business operations and the front office to transition smoothly to Loan IQ.
MUST HAVES:
Proven experience in change implementation and readiness planning, ideally within a Commercial Banking environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of working effectively with all levels of leadership and cross-functional teams.
PLUSSES:
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
Experience with Loan IQ or similar system conversion projects.
