Job Description :
Experience with the EPIC EMR system is required from a build (programming, coding, etc.) perspective (training or end-user experience has no value). Experience with Patient Registration build and a knowledge of accounting principles is needed. Submissions lacking clear demonstration of these competencies will be closed immediately! Epic certifications in the following will make someone a priority candidate : Cadence, Grand Central, Prelude or Resolute Professional Billing.
40 hours / week.

Hybrid position : initially will be required to be onsite 24-40 hours / week. Once all implementation / go-lives have been completed, this will drop to 0-20 hours / week onsite. The position does have on call responsibilities, but the Consultant would support remotely. Associates degree in computer science, management or an IT-related discipline or equivalent experience required. Appropriate certifications must be completed and may include Epic or other applications. Candidate must have AT LEAST four years project management experience in systems analysis, system design, computer system project management and / or healthcare application design, build and implementation. Experience with large enterprise system projects and supporting and maintaining large, complex information system software required.
