Job Description :
- Run corporate webcasts and provide support for UC technologies such as Webex, Microsoft Teams and Cisco video conferencing.
- Organization
o Planning, executing, tracking multiple meetings
o bility to keep up to date on virtual event technology
o Liaison between facilities, Booking team
o Scheduling and booking
o ttend in client meetings and conference calls to identify issues and make recommendations
o Knowledge of current platforms and social media technology is a plus
o Microsoft Teams, MS Live Events, Pearl 2, IBM (Ustream), Webex Meeting, WebEx Events, Jira, VC Systems
