Role : Technical Program Manager
Location : Austin, TX / Bay Area, CA
Onsite ( From day 1 5 days a week)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities :
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex data analysis and data warehousing projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans and timelines.
- Manage cross-functional teams of data analysts, data engineers, and software developers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Drive the design and implementation of data warehouse solutions, including data modeling, ETL processes, inetgrations and performance optimization.
- Oversee the development of data analytics solutions, including the creation of dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Communicate project status, key milestones, and risks to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM) is a plus.
