Title: Desktop Technician
Location: Richmond, VA - Onsite
Length: Long term W2 Contract
Required Skills
- Track and maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets, including hardware and software
- Support Corporate & Personal Liability (CL & PL) mobile devices and the deployment of Mobile Device Management (MDM) as directed by company policy.
- Provide imaging, configuration, setup, and support of company laptops, desktops, tablets, thin clients, and other devices as required. (SCCM)
- Evaluate, test, and deploy hardware and software related to project and non-project requests for both long and short-term solutions.
