PROJECT OVERVIEW:
- Project Development and approvals
- Gathering and alignment
- Governance, Risk Management, and Reporting
- Security governance, metrics, tracking
- OCM, Training, Com Plans
- OT System Criticality Assessment
- Prioritization of OT systems at the site used to guide security
- Security Awareness
- Reduce the introduction of cyber risk and technical debt to the OT environment through the application of development standards guiding the choices for procurement of new manufacturing equipment
- Standards Gap Assessment
- Identify Gaps between OT system maintenance and management processes and documentation against standards
