Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they align with business goals and IT strategies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and create tailored ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop and implement best practices, standards, and guidelines for ServiceNow development and configuration.
- Oversee and manage the configuration of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and HRSD.
- Lead integrations between ServiceNow and other business systems (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory, third-party applications).
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and administrators.
- Ensure ServiceNow platform performance, scalability, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and capabilities, recommending upgrades and new tools when appropriate.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for the ServiceNow environment.
Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and HRSD modules.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Actions).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Servers, etc.).
- Experience with ServiceNow platform security, permissions, and role-based access control.
- Solid understanding of ITIL and best practices in IT service management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are preferred.
- 5 years of experience with ServiceNow development and architecture.
- Proven experience leading ServiceNow implementations and upgrades.
