Client, a Fortune 500 company and global leader in commercial vehicle and technology, seeks a skilled Data Engineer to join their Connected Vehicle Platform team. This role focuses on building automated data pipelines, managing near-real-time data integrations, and ensuring data quality and scalability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design analytics features and proactively support product health through automation and reliability.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Build and document automated data pipelines from diverse data sources.
- Develop highly available data services for near-real-time integrations using a multi-cloud stack.
- Contribute to the architecture, framework, and design for processing high volumes of connected vehicle data.
- Ensure product features are delivered on-time through a DevOps approach using GitHub / GitHub Actions.
- Improve and monitor data quality based on connected vehicle business requirements.
- Design and implement reporting and analytics features in an Agile / Scrum methodology.
- Provide post-implementation production support for data pipelines.
