Title: Front End Developer (Styling)

Location: 151 Union Street, San Francisco, CA 94111 (Onsite 4 days/week, Monday to Thursday)
Contract Duration: Until 01/26/2026 with potential rolling extensions
Experience Needed: 2-4 years
 

Job Description:
This role supports the ecommerce web development team at Client, focusing on brand-specific styling rather than traditional feature development. The developer will work cross-functionally with WSI Brand teams, Creative, Marketing, and Site Management to implement high-quality styling changes. Responsibilities include translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect responsive pages, writing clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and maintaining consistent styling across brand sites. This role emphasizes high attention to detail and visual precision.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·       Collaborate with WSI Brand teams and Creative departments to implement styling updates

·       Translate Figma comps into responsive and pixel-perfect HTML/CSS/JavaScript pages

·       Maintain consistent styling aligned with brand guidelines

·       Write clean, standards-compliant code with a strong attention to detail

·       Write automated tests to maintain high-quality deliverables

·       Review peer work and ensure high-quality code practices

·       Work collaboratively across teams to diagnose and resolve styling issues

Must Haves:

·       2-4 years of software engineering/development experience

·       Experience with core/vanilla JavaScript

·       Strong understanding of responsive web design

·       Expertise in HTML and CSS

·       Proven ability to translate Figma designs into clean front-end implementations

·       Strong collaboration skills across functions

·       High attention to detail with a design-focused mindset

Nice to have:

·       Experience with Vue.js is a plus

·       AEM/Content management experience is a plus

·       Ecommerce experience is a plus

·       Experience in TailwindCSS
