Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and driven IAM Specialist to join our growing security operations team. In this role, you will work directly with the team on day-to-day security operations, focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM). This is a hands-on role where you will have the opportunity to help shape and build IAM and PAM systems while collaborating with various teams to enhance the organization's security posture.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·       Manage and administer IAM and PAM solutions to ensure secure access controls.

·       Collaborate with internal teams to implement best practices for identity lifecycle management.

·       Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents related to identity management.

·       Develop and enforce IAM policies and procedures.

·       Assist in audits and compliance reporting related to access controls.

·       Work with stakeholders to identify and address access management risks.

Must Haves:

·       Strong experience in IAM and PAM implementation and management.

·       Hands-on experience with IAM tools and technologies.

·       Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
