- Solution Design and Architecture: ServiceNow (HRSD) Business Process Consultant will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to gather requirements, understand business processes, and design robust and scalable ServiceNow solutions; Create detailed technical designs that align with the clients' short- and long-term needs and leverage the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform and integrations with third-party technologies effectively
- Technical Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to clients and project teams, providing expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities, customization options, and best practices; Identify potential challenges and propose innovative solutions to address them
- Implementation Support: Work closely with project managers, developers, and other teams to support the implementation of ServiceNow solutions; Provide technical oversight and ensure that the design is accurately translated into a functional solution
- Integration and Automation: Design and oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other systems and applications to create seamless workflows and automate business processes; Ensure data consistency and integrity across different platforms
- Performance Optimization: As a ServiceNow (HRSD) Business Process Consultant, you will conduct performance analysis and optimizations to enhance the overall efficiency and responsiveness of ServiceNow and integrated solutions; Identify and address bottlenecks to improve system performance
- Quality Assurance: Design quality assurance plans and ensure that the technical deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to best practices
- Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- CIS - Human Resources and CIS - IT Service Management certification
- 5 years of experience in technical skills, including workflow configuration, and business rule development
- 1 years of experience implementing CIS - Human Resources
- 1 years of experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and integrations
