Job Description:
Defining a change management strategy to support business transformational change programs.
Discovering stakeholder's challenges and expectations.
Leverage social media and digital technologies in change management and communications.
Assisting clients in developing their change capability and become more agile in business.
Co-creating solutions and conducting user review sessions.
Conduct stakeholders agreement meetings.
Conducting a change management impact analysis and developing treatment plans.
Developing innovative workforce strategies that build engaged, enabled and agile workforce.
Expertise in change management journey with proven expertise in Change Impact Assessment, Creative communication strategies, leadership engagement stakeholder analysis.
