Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems
- Respond to IT issues in a timely manner
- Set up new user accounts and profiles
- Perform regular upgrades to ensure systems remain updated
- Collaborate with network administrators to ensure efficient operation of the company's IT needs
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems
- Strong knowledge of LAN, computer networking, and network administration
- Experience in software troubleshooting and technical support
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues
- Excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with remedy ticketing system is a plus
