Role: IBM App Connect Functional Consultant

Job Description:
- 10 years of experience in IT with extensive experience in IBM Integration Technologies, particularly IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) or IIB.
- Strong functional expertise in integration lifecycle with a focus on Operational Configuration Management (OCM) and Operational Control Environment (OCE).
- Understanding of integration concepts, data formats (JSON, XML, CSV), and protocols (HTTP, JMS, MQ).
- Functional consultant experience with a strong capability to translate business processes and requirements into integration solution designs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to support development of message flows, transformations, and schemas.
- Lead validation of flows, SIT/UAT alignment, and drive go-live readiness and production support planning.
- Experience in MQ distributed and clusters setup and it's configuration
- Knowledge in Pub-sub messaging
- Experience in setting up Security (SSL/Signing/Encryption) in IIB and MQ
- Accountable for maintaining functional documentation including SOPs, business interface specs, configuration baselines, and service catalog entries.
- Own stakeholder alignment across business, delivery, operations, and governance.
- Provide leadership in compliance, audit preparedness, and RCA activities for production incidents.
