The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with JAMF Pro, particularly in environments with over 85,000 devices. This role requires a deep understanding of Apple device management, automation, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the deployment, configuration, and management of Apple devices using JAMF Pro.
Develop and implement automation workflows to streamline device management processes.
Ensure the security and compliance of all Apple devices in retail environments.
Collaborate with IT and retail teams to support device rollouts and updates.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to device management and deployment.
Provide training and support to IT staff and end-users on JAMF Pro functionalities.
Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and best practices.
Monitor and report on device performance, compliance, and security metrics.
Technical Specifications:
JAMF Pro Expertise: Advanced knowledge of JAMF Pro, including automation functions, API integrations, and scripting (zsh, bash).
Device Management: Experience managing large-scale deployments of Apple devices (85,000 devices).
