We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Sales Operations Technology and Enablement team—a high-impact group that bridges the gap between business strategy and technical execution. This role will lead cross-functional initiatives focused on platforms like Salesforce, integrated portals, and other sales enablement tools.

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles—from intake and planning to execution and post-launch support
- Own all aspects of delivery, including timelines, project plans, risks/issues logs, and stakeholder alignment
Agile & Waterfall Delivery
- Flex your approach between Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies depending on the project’s scope
- Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and/or phase gate reviews
Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as the primary liaison for project stakeholders across business and technical teams
- Ensure transparent, consistent communication on project scope, progress, blockers, and decisions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner across Sales, IT, Marketing, Finance, Customer Experience, and Operations to align goals and remove delivery roadblocks
Scoping & Planning
- Support project intake and requirement gathering
- Estimate level of effort, define resource needs, and align teams on scope and success criteria
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify project risks and dependencies early; own mitigation plans and escalate when necessary
Change Management & Readiness
- Collaborate on change readiness planning, user training, and internal communications strategies
Continuous Improvement
- Help evolve team processes, project playbooks, and delivery frameworks to enhance quality and efficiency
Qualifications
Required
- 5–7 years of experience managing cross-functional projects and platform implementations
- Demonstrated ability to lead both business transformation and technical system initiatives
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and complex projects across diverse teams
Preferred
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce-related projects (CRM, portals, integrations)
- Familiarity with Salesforce and other enterprise systems
- PMP and/or CSM certifications
- Experience with product ownership, backlog grooming, and sprint planning
- Previous work in Sales Operations, Sales, or Manufacturing industries
- Exposure to emerging technologies and digital transformation initiatives
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree required (Business, Sales Operations, Information Systems, or related field preferred)
