Role Overview:
The RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Lead is responsible for driving the design, development, and deployment of RPA solutions to streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and enhance business efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications in RPA tools are a plus.
Experience:
- 8 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in RPA development and leadership roles.
- Hands-on expertise with one or more RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
- Proven experience in managing automation projects from concept to delivery.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, .NET, or Java.
- Strong understanding of process mapping, workflow analysis, and automation design principles.
- Experience with APIs, web services, and database integration in RPA solutions.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer, Blue Prism Developer).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices for RPA bot deployment and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in AI/ML-driven automation or process mining tools.
