We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to support the implementation and management of an Asset Portfolio Management system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asset management, with a preference for experience in commercial real estate, banking, or venture capital sectors. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, stakeholder communication, and system integration while ensuring the efficient delivery of the Asset Portfolio Management system.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle for the Asset Portfolio Management system.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across various business units to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Ensure seamless integration of the asset management system with existing infrastructure and systems.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, progress, and any challenges.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in asset management, preferably with exposure to commercial real estate, banking, or venture capital.
- Strong project management experience with demonstrated ability to lead complex projects.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of asset portfolio management systems and related technologies is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project challenges.
Preferred Skills:
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
