What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry Level/Manual Labor/Spotter position at Tekk Force LLC?
Tekk Force is currently looking for a spotter/helper with a construction/warehouse background. We will train and currently have work throughout the Marysville, OH area.
Types of Spotters/Helpers that we are looking for include:
We are seeking a Night Shift Spotter to ensure safety and support during nighttime construction activities of 9pm - 6am, working closely with our installation teams to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time visual guidance and communication to installers, and technicians, ensuring the safe movement of lifts, and equipment in active work zones.
- Monitor and identify hazards in confined spaces and elevated work environments typical of structured cabling projects.
- Maintain a strong presence on-site, ensuring all team members adhere to safety protocols and project specifications.
- Support the structured cabling team by coordinating activities in congested or complex work environments, including commercial buildings.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a construction, structured cabling, or telecommunications environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to give clear, concise, and timely directions.
- Demonstrated ability to remain focused and alert during overnight shifts.
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and workplace safety regulations is a plus.
Pay will be $15.00 - $17.00 an hour, based on experience level.
