The following activities are considered in scope of work: 2.1 MHE battery conversion support 2.1.1 Update layout and document layout changes 2.1.2 Support equipment purchase 2.1.3 Train associates on new process using client provided data 2.2 Shiploose (kitting) area redesign 2.2.1 Update layout 2.2.2 Support material flow optimization and implementation 2.3 Walk path updates with guarding & gate installation 2.3.1 Update layout 2.3.2 Define walk paths 2.3.3 Support approval from safety and installation of guarding 2.4 Support ergo improvements in kitting area 2.4.1 Review current process, identify areas of improvement, develop solutions and support implementation 2.4.2 Define walk paths 2.5 Support capital purchase execution
