Title: Senior Product Owner - Salesforce CRM
Duration: 6 Months (C2H)
Location: 100% Remote (Montvale, NJ)
Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner - CRM to lead the enhancement and optimization of our Salesforce platform. This role will focus on improving customer engagement, streamlining sales and marketing processes, and ensuring seamless CRM integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Salesforce experience, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to translate business needs into Salesforce-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Discovery & Strategy
- Conduct user interviews, stakeholder meetings, and process analysis to gather insights and optimize CRM workflows.
- Develop and prioritize the Salesforce product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Research Salesforce best practices and emerging trends to enhance system capabilities.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Requirement Gathering
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and IT teams to define CRM needs and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create user stories, process flows, and detailed use cases for CRM enhancements.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align teams on CRM strategy and usage.
Product Development & Execution
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, and business analysts to implement new features and improvements.
- Define acceptance criteria and conduct user testing to ensure high-quality releases.
- Oversee Salesforce integrations with other business applications (e.g., marketing automation, customer support tools).
Continuous Improvement & Data-Driven Insights
- Monitor Salesforce performance and user adoption, collecting feedback for ongoing improvements.
- Develop reports and dashboards within Salesforce to track key sales and marketing KPIs.
- Drive automation and process optimization through Salesforce workflows and AI-powered solutions.
Risk, Compliance & Integration
- Ensure Salesforce adheres to data security, compliance, and governance policies (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Identify and mitigate integration risks with third-party applications.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 7 years in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or CRM-focused role with Salesforce.
- Hands-on expertise in Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud).
- Strong requirement gathering, user research, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and backlog management.
- Experience with CRM automation, AI-driven insights, and lead/customer lifecycle management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications (Preferred): Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Product Owner, or Scrum Product Owner.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, marketing automation, or analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and CRM compliance best practices.
