What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payments Account Manager position at Tekmetric?
What You’ll Do
- Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Customer rate reviews
- Manage pended accounts in the underwriting process coordinate with Payment Sales, Underwriting and Merchants to move deals to approved status.
- Work with our customers on our legacy payments platform who desire to convert.
- Various monthly reporting and reconciliation
- Secondary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Outbound calls to existing software users not using our payments feature with the intent of gaining interest and setting an appointment for a Payment Specialist.
- Work to increase GMV of existing customers to increase share of wallet.
What You’ll Bring
- 4 year degree preferred
- Experience in payments sales or customer service.
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales
- General understanding of merchant underwriting and risk management
- Ability to read and understand merchant statements
