Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented DSCADA Support Engineer to join our team. As a DSCADA Support Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Distributed Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (DSCADA) systems across various industrial environments. This role is crucial for supporting the monitoring, control, and data acquisition processes that ensure the efficiency and reliability of our operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supporting and troubleshooting DSCADA or SCADA systems, preferably in an industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of industrial control systems (ICS) and communication protocols such as Modbus, OPC, DNP3, and others.
- Experience with configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware and software components in DSCADA environments.
- Knowledge of data analysis techniques and the ability to generate meaningful reports.
- Familiarity with security protocols related to SCADA/ICS systems and an understanding of cybersecurity risks.
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
