Job Purpose:
To support the primary machines by ensuring cylinders and station components are clean and free of any damage that could impede production.
Prerequisite Requirements:
- Successful Completion of IVO certification training. (Industrial Vehicle Operator)
- Successful Completion of JSA reading. (Job Safety and Health Analysis)
- Successful Completion of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)

Responsibilities
- Check in with the previous shift
- Check machine schedule
- Attend daily production meeting
- Manage and maintain sonic cleaner keeping sonic cleaner available by monitoring levels and ordering as needed
- Check with machine operators on the requirements
- Assist setup personnel as needed No complaints no downtime
- Assist parts washer operator as needed
- Post tear-downs Prevent machine downtime
- Inspect cylinders using microscope & visually inspect cylinders using
- Order office & general supplies
- Prepare cylinders to be shipped out for repairs
- Retrieve cylinders from storage/floor racks
- Inspect cylinder cells for wear using a microscope
- Put away cylinders in storage/floor racks
- Troubleshoot cylinder issues at machine
- General housekeeping
- Knowledge and ability to operate ASRS to enter and store cylinders
- Operate overhead hoist
- Operate fork truck
- Knowledge of measuring cylinders with micrometer

Physical Requirements
- Occasionally lifting up to 50lbs
- Walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, reaching, crouching, totaling 70-100% of the 8-hour period
- Working in heat up to 100 degrees depending on season (all work performed indoors)
- Cleaning parts daily using solvents wearing appropriate PPE
- Working with hands using common hand tools for tightening and loosening bolts
