What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laboratory Technician B - QC Lab - 3rd shift (10:45pm to 7am) position at Teknor Apex Company?
Job Requirements:
- Assist in the writing of applicable SOPs and Test Methods.
- Performs applicable laboratory functions with competence and with minimal supervision.
- Makes decisions on acceptability of material.
- Must have a minimum of one year lab experience.
- A “B” level Technician must have a working knowledge of various laboratory instruments and
be capable of interpreting routine data per SOPs.
- Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Must be available to work overtime as needed
Skills:
- Basic Math Calculations relating to procedures and test results.
- Data entry/logging skills.
Education:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
This position requires 1 to 3 years in a Manufacturing or Lab environment
