Job Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of related experience and a high school diploma or GED. Extrusion experience is preferred but not required. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various duties, including:
- Understanding and following all safety procedures
- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment
- Performing equipment PMs and completing work using CMMS software
- Fabricating parts, welding, cutting, and installing metalwork
- Operating maintenance shop equipment and hand tools
- Reading and interpreting documentation, such as drawings, manuals, and technical bulletins
