Position Responsibilities:
- Interpret production plans to determine hose assembly targets and situate task stations accordingly.
- Assess needed raw materials as indicated by the Batch Card for your assigned table.
- Ensure Automatic Counter settings align with hose length protocols.
- Initiate the cutter machine using the pedal to process hose materials.
- Operate expander machines by fitting and assembling hoses, use foot pedal activation, extract completed hoses, and repeat operations.
a) Implement hose into winding equipment, coil and secure with labels and straps, conduct inspections, prepare and label cartons, and ensure transit on conveyors.
b) Follow these steps continuously until carton capacities are achieved, then advance onto conveyor lines.

- Expertly identify quality issues and provide solutions.
- Meet productivity targets set by the company.
- Precisely maintain and update production logs.
- Comply rigorously with safety standards and regulations.
- Take on additional tasks as necessary or instructed.
- Handle sample preparations, order processing, and ensure accurate carton labeling.
- Efficiently use computerized label printers for cartons.
- Conduct thorough quality checks, focusing on accurate length validations.
- Skilled in training peers on various assembly processes.
- Utilize decision-making skills to uphold production levels.
Fulfill diverse responsibilities as required by operational directives.
Provide operational essentials and unassembled cartons to production areas as needed.
Possess a comprehensive understanding of quality expectations for handling returns.
- Able to read and write proficiently, indicative of high school-level education or similar.
- Demonstrate self-motivation in an autonomous workflow and meet deadlines effectively.
Physical Specifications:
- Ability to withstand prolonged standing, and perform tasks involving squatting, bending, and lifting up to 35 pounds.
- Strong manual dexterity and mechanical ability required.
