Your mission as an Extrusion Technician:
- Maintain pristine work environments.
- Adhere to stringent quality and production benchmarks.
- Engage in sampling and evaluation processes.
- Ensure operating conditions are primed.
- Drive machine efficiency and record keeping.
- Interface effectively with supervisory staff to notify them of any discrepancies or challenges.
When Training/Relief Duties Arise:
- Support peers during breaks, operational changes, and troubleshooting.
- Champion knowledge by training others as necessary.
Your Toolbox of Skills:
- Proficient in production documentation and SOP adherence.
- Communicate seamlessly in English, backed by solid math skills.
- Forklift operation certified or able to be certified.
Physical Acumen Required:
- Lift and move components up to 50 pounds and manage heavier reels with strength and stamina.
- Excel in high-temperature environments and repetitive, physically demanding tasks.
- Utilize hand tools with skillful dexterity.
