Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead your dedicated team in efficiently tackling their maintenance duties by organizing and distributing tasks.

Required Capabilities:
- Valid passport to collaborate across teams and regions.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or similar experience in relevant technical discipline.
- Minimum five years in a maintenance role; three in leadership desired.
- Understanding of computerized maintenance management systems is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong rapport-builder, forging relationships key to daily operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite essential, with receptiveness to additional system training.
- Keen on analytical and organizational challenges.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
- Ability to engage in prolonged periods of standing and demonstrate dexterity and balance in accessing equipment.
- Capability to repeatedly lift up to 55lbs and wear necessary protective gear effectively.
Education and Competency Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Associates/Technical degree or equivalent experience required.
- At least 5 years of related maintenance experience.
- At least 1-3 years in a maintenance leadership role preferred.
- Experience with maintenance systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- People-centric approach to daily business tasks and interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel, and knowledge in or ability to quickly learn other computer applications.
- Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to compile, analyze and interpret data.
