Key Responsibilities:
- Review production outlines to discern scheduled hose fabrication and determine table allocation.
- Analyze Batch Card for necessary raw materials essential for product assembly at allocated stations.
- Verify Automatic Counter configurations for correct hose length specifications.
- Engage cutter machine pedal to initiate hose processing sequence.
- Set up fittings on expander machinery, combine hoses and fittings, actuate expander with foot pedal, remove completed hoses, and replicate process.
(a) Embed the male end of hose into winding apparatus, coil, affix label, and secure coil with straps or wires. Conduct visual inspections, assemble cartons, apply labels, and manage coil placement into cartons or onto conveyance devices.
(b) Continue the outlined procedure until designated carton capacity is reached. Transfer carton onto conveyor system.

- Recognize and address quality discrepancies.
- Meet or exceed company productivity benchmarks.
- Ensure daily production records are precise and complete.
- Adhere to established safety protocols diligently.
- Execute related tasks as requested by supervision.
- Carry out Sample/Order preparation and manage carton labeling.
- Utilize digital label printers for carton labeling purposes.
- Conduct comprehensive quality evaluations, including length verification.
- Capably train colleagues on job-specific processes.
- Exhibit decision-making that aligns with operational goals and sustains productivity.
Perform duties as necessitated by operational demands.
Provision miscellaneous supplies for operational tables as needed.
Ensure finishing stations are equipped with unassembled cartons.
Internalize quality standards to effectively handle customer returns.
- High school education or equivalent literacy and numeracy skills.
- Demonstrate an autonomous work ethic, ensuring thorough task completion.
Physical Demands:
- Sustain extended standing periods, with capacity to squat, bend, twist, and pivot for task completion.
- Exhibit proficient manual and mechanical dexterity; lift up to 35 pounds.
