Your Role: As the Laboratory Operations Supervisor, you orchestrate the full spectrum of laboratory functions—ranging from quality control to raw material processing. You'll lead the formulation and coordination of new and existing products, aiming for excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate employee growth, performance, and technical dynamics daily.
- Direct quality incident reviews and align with production staff to rectify any operational discrepancies.
- Coordinate cross-functional discussions with sales and technology units to address client challenges.
- Mentorship of team members towards career progression and robust performance reviews.
- Financial stewardship of laboratory expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Oversee the logistics of sample distribution and uphold stringent safety policies.
Prerequisites:
- Minimum Bachelor’s credential in a tech-centric specialty or analogous experience, especially in plastics technology.
- Hands-on expertise—spanning 4-6 years—in technical or plastics production environments.
- Exceptional critical thinker adept at tackling procedural challenges.
Physical Responsibilities Include:
- Excel in a physically demanding workspace, adhering to ADA and FMLA regulations.
